Seal King’s Concentrated Bonding Agent is a versatile product ideal as a bonding agent between new and old surfaces. Also used as a primer to toughen friable, powdery surfaces. Finally, it can serve as a keying agent, protective barrier coating, additive, and adhesive, and for enhancing water resistance.
